La disminución del peso molecular de las proteínas, medido en daltons, reduce su poder alergénico, la disminución del tamaño de las proteínas reduce la probabilidad de una reacción alérgica y al mismo tiempo aumenta la digestibilidad, lo que reduce su permanencia en el intestino, permitiendo poco tiempo para el desarrollo de reacciones alérgicas y/o intolerancias.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">La dermatitis alérgica es una condición muy específica y cada vez más común.
